I served as the first point of contact for all Finance, Procurement, Supply chain, Projects, Service, Equipment, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Master Planning, CRM/BI modules in Dynamics 365/AX.


I started CAT Project 2 months before going LIVE of AX2012 as Lead Functional Consultant where I resolved major Go Live issues and ran UAT session with more than 50 users, Configured, updated, modified where necessary the configuration, design and provided active support for Going Live and supported post Go Live bugs, issues, reports, reconciliations, trainings & adjustments for the whole Finance, Procurement, Warehousing, Mobile configuration and Budgeting areas.

I performed the following during my engagement.

  • Running workshops with the Finance, Warehouse, Manufacturing and Projects & Service Management, key users on the system features, design, functionalities, and possible capabilities in Dynamics 365 & AX.
  • Performed adjustments, config and customizations and made the following functionalities successfully up and running: 
    • Advance/Automatic Bank Reconciliations, EFT, Cheque Printing, Remittance advices, 
    • AX vendor Invoices/GL Journal Import templates, 
    • AR, Fixed Assets, Data Migration, Budgeting, Procurement, 
    • Warehouse structuring, 
    • Invoicing & GST End to End review and implementation (for AUS, NZ, SI, PNG, New Caledonia)
    • Workflows, Designing Finance, Procurement & Custom Reports. Financial Postings of sub-ledgers into GL for the external and internal auditors. 
    • EFT and Remittance advices, Cheque printing adjustments,
    • Procurement, and Purchase requisitions, 
    • Automatic and Advanced Bank Reconciliations for high volume 3 banks, 
    • Custom reports in Finance, Procurement, AP, AR, Bank, Projects. 
    • Customer and Vendor management enhancements and setups, 
    • Data migration for budgets and Finance
    • Advance warehousing and mobile configuration
    • Configured reservation hierarchy and inventory status
    • Setup warehouse structure (location profile, location formats, Item fixed storage location)
    • Configured WHS mobile device menu items, shipment, wave management and work templates.
    • Setting up, configuration, training of Environmental Accounting and Reporting,
    • Coordinating and working with super users, internal and external stakeholders, banks, Auditors, Business process owners, Executive Management for AX related matters,
    • Year-end and moth end support and training formalities,
    • End to End Procurement Module and Inventory closing
    • End to End GST, setup, configuration, review, training and implementation
    • Preparation of Process Manuals with a special focus on Sub-ledgers postings into GL for External and Internal Auditors review.


I was working in Finance, Intercompany, SAP integration, Retail, Complex consolidations & integrations project implementation of Ramsay Pharmacy Group which has 300 stores.
